Capacity : 6,800 gallon

Purpose : In house purification of Water for washing and cleaning of Waste Rubber.

CREEPER MILLS

Capacity : 500 kg / hr

Purpose : Removal of Dirt Particulars such as Sand, Wood, and Plastic Material from Waste Rubber.

PREBREAKER

Capacity : 500 kg / hr

Purpose : To cut down large Rubber pieces to manageable size.

GRINDER WITH 20 MESH VIBRATOR

Capacity : 300 kg / hr

Purpose : To grind Waste Rubber to 20 mesh particles for reclaiming.

INTERNAL MIXER

Capacity : 30 L (200 kg) / hr

Purpose : Used as a mixing machine for mixing waste rubber and reclaiming chemical and Rubber Oil as plasticer: Due to high shear and chemical reaction waste rubber is reclaimed.
