About Us

OUTLINE OF BUSINESS

Currently no one holds the special formulation required to recycle rubber without the use of autoclaving process which pollutes the environment. Here at B2B we can procure raw materials easily from discarded tires and other rejected rubber products (only pay for transportation and handling expenses) for our reclaimed rubber. Our products are sold to the market and widely accepted by customers. With the current prevailing price of Natural Rubber, we shall be able to sell at a very competitive price as manufacturers are looking into cost cutting. Machinery and Equipment are already set up for both manufacturing of reclaim and solid tire manufacturing.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGE

As Raw Material
  • Compared with other Hydrocarbon Elastomers the price is low.
  • Price remain stable and do not fluctuate.
  • Reduces the use of added Rubber Chemicals which are already present in Reclaimed Rubber.
  • The product is consistent in quality and precise grade can be tailor-made to suit individual users.
As Processing Aid
  • Recycled rubber has low nerve which allows for minimum shrinkage or swells in extruded rubber components during processing.
  • Acting as an aid, it enhances calendaring and extrusion rate.
  • It assists in the blister free calendaring of heavy gauge calendared sheets and fabrics.
  • Its thermo plasticity demands lower energy requirements.
  • It can be used to make non-scorch compounds, reducing the process and product rejects.
Product Characteristics
  • Maintain good aging properties.
  • Reduce product cost.
  • Excellent air retention in butyl recycle compounds.
  • Reduce product rejection as scrap

Most manufacturing companies are interested in evaluating the usage of recycled rubber due to the factors mentioned above.

OUR CORE VALUES

OUR VISION
  • Optimum Value Satisfaction
  • The Very Best in Performance
  • Totally Green Concept Innovations
“To be the pioneer and the leading manufacturer of such Innovative Green Solid Forklift Tires that meets Customer requirements, yet affordable while ensuring a reduction in Carbon Emissions”

B2B Rubber Industries was founded in 1997 as a Malaysian Rubber Recycling /Reclaiming Facility, championing Reclaiming Technologies with the aim being environmentally green, by ensuring the reduction of incineration or landfill for rubber waste.

In 2011, with the increasing need for a more environmentally friendly management of solid forklift truck tires, B2B went into the production of solid forklift truck tires using reclaim rubber, as a base material in the tire compound and tire casings from the trade.

Hence, the birth of Green Solid Forklift tires! . We offer the most preferred range of Industrial Tires under our eco-friendly GREEN TIRE™ Brand.

We also do OEM.

Being, the one of its kind in the world, the tires have been well received by distributors and end users in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.

Efforts are on-going to globalise this product to Europe , Asia and Africa, in 2017, before moving onto the rest of world in 2018.

With support and Technical collaboration from Malaysian Rubber Board (MRB)and Tun Abdul Razak Research Centre ( TARRC), London, we are confident that this manufacturing initiative, will fulfill our quest to save mother nature, from the polluting effects of used tires and rubber waste. This certainly will result in a reduction of Carbon Emissions Intensity.

The company provides distribution and support services at very competitive prices to customers as the best value for a product.

Quality, Performance and Durability are key aspects of our tires manufacturing that is precisely monitored and managed, resulting in huge savings over the conventional tires. Quality is monitored at three key stages in the production of the tires , ie

  • Incoming Quality Control ( IQC)
  • In Process Quality Control ( IPQC)
  • Outgoing Quality Assurance ( OQA)

To facilitate all these quality initiatives, B2B Laboratory has the following Testing Equipment

  1. Lab-Two Roll Mill
  2. Lab-Vulcanizing Press
  3. Tensile-Elongation Tester
  4. Mooney Viscometer
  5. Rheometer
  6. Hardness Tester
  7. Temperature Checker
  8. Tensile Elongation Equipment
  9. Abrasion Load Testing Machine
  10. Shearing Load Testing Machine
