It is a known fact that Malaysia is one of the biggest rubber producing country in the world. Since the discovery of rubber, its application has been endless and this commodity has remained so stable through the years. Many scientists have tried to invent new product to rival nature rubber. One of which is Synthetic Rubber, but synthetic rubber could never assume the properties of natural rubber with its limited application and major cost factor.

The only other logical avenue to supply world demands was to recycle and this has been accomplished with a certain measure of success. Now, with sophisticated equipment and intensive research and development, the recycling of rubber ‘reclaiming’ as we now call it, has improved by leaps and bounds so much so today it has become a must for protection of the environment.

B2B Rubber Industries is credited with the ability of being able to produce reclaim rubber with natural rubber content up to 90% and obtaining properties up to 80% of Natural Rubber, an accomplishment unachieved by any competitors.

We source our raw material which mainly consist or rubber scrap or rejected latex rubber glove by rubber product manufacturers and dealers. The rejected rubber is collected and sorted out before the reclaiming process begins

The modest turnover of 600pcs of solid tires and 50 tons of reclaim rubber per month at such an early stage of production does not reflect the true potential of the business. This alone is insufficient to meet local demand of buyers. Currently there is a contractual arrangements for the supply of recycled rubber to China

Such enthusiastic response from overseas buyer has signaled the wide acclaim and acceptability of the company’s product. The directors have recognized the need to strengthen its position and are now focused to fully synergized, its operation to broaden its business base.

The new millennium has set a stage where for corporates to survive the competition of market dynamics, there should be an existent of market edge as an element. An edge in the form of an intangible asset which separates the mundane from the extraordinary and in the form to operate without financial constrain due to high volume of export and import. The company’s unique formula for recycling rubber lies this competitive edge. The viability of this business has never been in question, but rather the question is how to tap the true potential to its fullest limits. In far as the Company’s objectives are concerned, the management is on the right track and to implement such objective the company seeks to obtain financing means.
